ACS R6 has issues - ext 10 and/or 11

So I recently swapped out an R6 that was acting funny. Brought the box back to my lab and set up to see if I could resurrect it. So far no luck.

When I'm plugged into ext 10 or 11, eventually one (or more) of the line buttons gets siezed and won't release. I've tried doing a complete RESET, to no avail. Tried applying the latest patch for R6 - the T patch- but it doesn't seem to take. When I do a FEATURE 59, I get the same output as before.

After the line(s) are siezed, the phone on ext 10 starts to act strange... turns off (display and buttons and dialtone) and the back on... off and on, etc. The today, the system started to beep at me, once perminute, right before the time changed.

I'm stumped and ready to toss this thing unless someone's got any ideas?

Sounds like bad hardware. May want to return it for a new one.
