ACS R6.0

Ok,,,here goes. Customer just had an ACS r.5.0(which we installed just over a year ago)crash totally the other day. We installed a r6.0. They have 4 18d's and caller ID. Everything was peachy until all of the sudden, ext. 10 now does not get caller ID info until she picks up her handset. All of the other phones receive it before picking up the receiver. She switches the phone, and the same result. My tech support was SURE that the processor was bad, so we replaced it with yet another r6.0 and it worked fine again....until today when she called to tell me that she was no longer getting Caller ID info until she lifts her receiver once again! At first, I was thinking that it may be the CO and the manner in which they are sending the digits, but I have to exclude that because of the fact that all other phones are getting CID info correctly. Do I have another bad processor or is there something that I am not aware of that is causing this to happen? Any input is appreciated. Sorry for the long post. Thx

Is it possible that ext 10 is on delayed ring? Ask if the line button is flashing red or green at the time she picks up.

That was one of the first things that I had her check. They have all four phones ringing on the inbound call. I'm perplexed!

Have you tried to reboot the phone system by turning it off, then on again. I find that if you have a really weird fault, cycling the power normally fixes it.

Is ext 10 waiting the full two rings to capture the CID? It's sent between rings 1 and 2. See if you get it by waiting for 3 rings.
