ACS R6.0 NEW, NO CALLER ID??

HI,
I JUST INSTALLED A NEW ACS R.6.0 AND I CAN'T GET THE CALLER ID TO WORK ON THE 2ND AND 3RD LINE. LINE 1 DISPLAYS CALLER ID BUT NOT ON THE OTHER TWO. AM I MISSING SOMETHING??
 
have you put a caller id box on the line going in to be sure your getting the caller id info inot the switch\\\

probably only have CID on the first line from the telco
 
i put an old analog phone with a display on each line and got the caller ID info to display on each.. Ive also swapped the unit out, this is the second out box new 6.0 with the same issue? very odd
 
How many rings before call is answered? Is the line actually ringing on the phone that is answering the call?
 
line 3 only gets caller id, i tried all swappinig and combos but the system only lets line 3 have CID. Is there anything else in programing to check?

So what lines are working and which are not?
 
Sorry, i was wrong,, as of now the ACS 6.0 will only give caller ID on line 3 no matter what line i plug in. Line 1 and 2 have no ID on the physical jack on the ACS, on both new units. Ive done lots of partner installs and have not ever had this happen. The main number of corse should be in jack 1 but will not produce the ID info, only in jack 3, very strange
 
No programming is required for caller ID to work. So, backup your programming and then, default system and just program the voicemail ports.If caller ID still doesn't work and you verified the lines with a second caller ID device then the ACS is bad.
