We have a Partner ACS 3.0 and a Messaging R6.0 module. Currently we have the automated attendant picking up after 2 rings to catch the Caller ID information. This all works fine, except when the call is transferred from AA (or from another extension) to the destination extension, the destination phone only displays the transferring party's name and extension. Only once a call is picked up does the phone display the call originator, therefore pretty much killing the point of caller ID. Is there any way to change this?
