ACS R.8 with VS R.4 conflict?

Does anyone know if there is a conflict with the ACS R.8 and a VS voicemail module (R.4)? I remember a few things with R.7 and VS'.
What we have going on is if you call an extension it rings and goes to VM box just fine.
If Do Not Disturb is pressed then call does NOT go to VM box but transfers to reception (x10). You hear "your call is being transfered".
Catalyst confirms conflict, just asking the real life users too. Thanks guys.

Yes. There is a conflict. There is a patch for Partner Mail VS R5 that solves the DND issue, but not for PMVS R4.
