ACS pc mail AA drop calls and lost MBox 0 password

a) new customer says that in the past they were able to take an outside call away from the AA by just hitting the co line button even tho it was red and would have no problems . they now say that when they hit the co line button the V Mail gives them a GOODBY recording. i tested this and it does give the goodby message but does not drop the call. customer says that in the past never gave the message. i do not see how the mail would not give this message seeing that you are barging into the message.
B) tried logging into mbox 0 with pass 1234 says logging incorrect. this is a pc card large system. i even tried using 00 as mail box with no luck. is there a way ti reset the admin password

a) Customer is smoking crack - that is normal operation. You press the RED line button, as long as you have not programmed Privacy for the VM ports, it will conference you onto the call, the lights will alternate Green/Red, the VM will realize that you barged in and say "Goodbye" and then drop off, causing the light to go solid GREEN.

b) 0# p/w# should get you into the admin mailbox, if the p/w has not been changed.

Thank You. now to convince the customer that all is working like it should. i have tried the default p/w for MB 0 with no luck. can this be reset
