Site has an ACS R7 w/PC Large card and an Auto Attendant greeting set up. If the site wants the caller to be transferred to a different extension other than Ext. 10 to leave the site a voicemail, do I configure the new extension via #306 (Transfer Return Extension)? I tried to have the site just change the AA greeting to instruct the caller to dial the new extension to leave a message for the facility instead, but they don't want to do that in case the caller doesn't press anything.
