Customer has an ACS and was having problmes with calls dropping. The system was not resetting just calls dropping often while in the middle of the conversation.
We though it was Embarq and just waited for them to switch over to Cox. Things were ok for about 2 weeks then the problem has started to happen again.
Any suggestions?
