Do all ACS PROC cards support CID. I am talking about the actual 308 PROC Card the one with the PFT & MOH ports on them.

I am asking because I know I need to add some 2308 "EC" cards but I was not sure if the PROC always is CID support.

Thanks

All Partner ACS processors will handle Caller ID. All Partner ACS expansion modules currently sold by Avaya also work with Caller ID.

The thing to watch out for is older Partner equipment. For example: a 400E module will not work with Caller ID while a 400EC will.

I don't think that the Partner ACS family has a 2308 module. There is a 308EC which adds 3 Caller ID enabled lines and 8 extensions.

I think that the processor needs to be, at least, an R2 in order to use a 308EC module.

Yes it is a 308EC. Does Partner have a 408EC? 4 lines and 8 exts?

There is no 408EC module. 308 or 012 are the "current" choices.

I believe the "C" in 308EC or 400EC indicates CID capability along with having the requisite software level in the processor module. This is covered in the documentation and is free for the download from support.avaya.com
