ACS admin port 1

About a year or so ago I made the DB9-RJ45 (355AF) adapter and it worked great. Now I am back on the same system with the same adapter and I cannot connect.....same pc also, same wiring to admin. Can the admin port be toggled on/off or did my old peabrain do something wrong or different?

no the admin port always works but I had trouble with self made 355AF's and had to use a purchased one.
