ACS 7.0 & disconnect recognition

Partner ACS 7.0 with a PVM card, does not recognize Telco Disconnect Signal. Verified disconnect signal. Has anyone experienced this?
 
The Partner DOES NOT provide a disconnect like the Magix can. Te R7 has a patch for help with disconnect when using remote call forwarding. You should be able
Did you do a factory reset on the voicemail before you installed it?
 
I did not do a factory reset on the voice mail, I could try that, but is the disconnect supervision a function of the ACS? The release that I have is R7.0 91I.
 
No. Not a function of the ACS.
The 91I is the release of the patch. Word is a 91J is available thru Avaya Tech Support. I'm not sure of what it fixes(probablly all the things that 91I screwed up).
