I did not do a factory reset on the voice mail, I could try that, but is the disconnect supervision a function of the ACS? The release that I have is R7.0 91I.
No. Not a function of the ACS.
The 91I is the release of the patch. Word is a 91J is available thru Avaya Tech Support. I'm not sure of what it fixes(probablly all the things that 91I screwed up).
