I have a ACS 6.0 with 2 ea 308EC boards and 8 CO lines wired from a service providers T-1 Adtran. The service provider is just giving me 8 POTS lines out of his Adtran..No T-1 card in my system. My issue is that the clock display on my sets is incorrect by sometimes hours and the date stamp is off by months at times.I have seen clock time affected in the past on other systems but never a date change by months!!. I have changed both with # 101 & # 103 but while observing incoming calls it seems the clock change MIGHT be coming from the service provider. I'm familiar with # 128 in the 7.0 and 8.0 systems but I have never seen this within a 6.0 where not only the time but the date goes incorrect...I will try to return to the site tomorrow to really watch the incoming calls to see if in fact it's the cause.
Can anyone confirm that the caller ID time date stamp can affect a ACS 6.0 time clock change...Should I try to do a # 126 and deactivate the automatic daylight savings or just cancel the caller ID with the service provider. The system had to be powered up and down several times today..Possible cause?? Hmmm.
Thanks
