ACS 5.0 losing programming

Partner ACS 5.0 C01 loses programming. Program changes can be made and saved, but after a few hours, system seems to default (all lines ringing to all stations).

There was a corroded battery that was replaced, contacts cleaned (but even if battery was not making good contact, should program loss only happen when a loss of AC power?)

Bad processor? Repairable?

Press Feature 59 and confirm the release.

Does Ext. 10 and 11 display "Replace Batteries"

Do you have a Backup/Restore card?

Back it up, default it, program from scratch, see what happens.

Feat 59 shows 5.0 CO1, Ext 10 did show replace batt, but cleared after cleaning several times, yes it has a back up card. I will try default and reprogram. Thx
