ACS 3.0 and VS5 Ring on 0 to all phones

Right now if someone presses 0 when in a VM it rings to ext 10 but we have no one at that phone all of the time. I would like to "forward" or "cover" that extension to all of the phones. I have 71 setup to ring all of the phones but forwarding does not work to 71 and I think neither will cover.

Any ideas as to how to do this?

Set the Personal Operator in each mail box (option 4 in the menu after logging in) to go to extension 71. However, there is no voice mail coverage from the calling group, you you usually state in the outgoing message something like "press 0 during the business day for assistance."

Set the "0 / timeout action" to go to ext 71. I haven't tried this but it may work for you.
