Avaya states that the 308EC is not compatible with ACS 1.0 but I have an ACS processor with version 1.1.1. Does anyone know if it is truly compatible or not? When I plug the 308 into the carrier and power it on the light flickers and then goes out. Same thing when I power down. Having very difficult time confirming with Avaya about this. Does anyone know with absolute certainty? It is being slid into 5-slot carrier and not sure if carrier port might be bad or if it is compatibility problem.
