ACS 1.0 or 1.1 with PCVM 3.0 2

I have not been onsite for my eyes to see but here is the question.

I'm told we have a Partner ACS... it may be rel 1.0 or a 1.1
I will confirm this week with a Feat 59 confirmation but we would like to add a PCVM 3.0 [ 8 mailbox's ] 2-port voice mail card to the system.

I have checked out Ron Rogers matrix cross reference and it says yes to Partner Voice mail..but is not specific to a newer 3.0 large ...Just want to confirm with anyone who may know for sure....Will a PCVM 3.0 Large work with a ACS 1.0 or 1.1

Probably a good time to upgrade to an R6 processor.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

I know...but they have a money issue...[ That's unusual ]
A new R6.0 was my first suggestion...I don't want to do a upgrade to a 6.0 with a upgrade card...I've heard to many horror stories taking a 1.1 up to a 6.0....and we would still have a unit that's about 12 years old.

I'm aware that if it is a 1.0.... a upgrade card will not work or can't be done...
