Acrserve v.9 "Server console prompt"

Dear all
I'm reading an article from CA Support, it says if i want to reduce the size of the database files, then i got to type a command : ASDB P=ASTPSDAT.DB from the server console prompt, but in acrserve v.9 where i can find that "server console prompt"?

The Server Console prompt meant here is on a NetWare server.
Are you using ARCserve for NetWare or Windows ??

I'm using Arcserve v.9 for window, so do you know how i can pack the database file from arcserve v.9 for windows?
