Acrserve doesn't backup Exchange Calendare on some mailboxes :-(

Hi All!

Any ideas on the following Arcserve error??? I thought this would be a simple additional to my current job. Oh well

E8602::Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Individual Mailboxes\UserName\Calendar, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (69) "Read/Write error in named pipes.".)

Hi,

The problem is not with the calendar of this mailbox..

is this the forst occuranacw of the error or do you have 69 errors before this mailbox...
reintall the exchange agent and apply the patch qo13760.caz from the CA supprot site
