The results of Dave Higham's net.xls macro produce a pretty useful spreadsheet. However, being completely in the dark on phone systems, we don't know what the following mean with regards to a DN. Can someone direct me to some sort of reference or provide a quickie answer? Thanks -

LDN
MIX
SL1

Have a look at the help files for the relevant Overlay
ie if you have used ld 23 to collect the data, look in that etc ...

<Do I need A Signature or will an X do?>

ACDN automatic call distrubition director number
LDN listed directory number
MIX number appears on an analog and digital set
SL1 was a phone type and a swich type. you can still build a set as type=sl1 but not a supported function
500 analog set or analong dial tone..
10 load 10 overlay used to program 500's
11 load 11 overlay used to program digital sets.

50+ overlays in use, to enter overlay 10 ld 10 return
each overlay determine the usage and prompts/responses you are required to use
