Hi all

We are running a mixture of Reader 8.1.2 & 9.1 and are having the same problem with both versions where they will not collate documents. The collate check box is on but the document does not print collated. I've googled this and read the following:

I've entered the registry key, but it doesn't help. The only other (relevant) link I would find was this one:

which implies that from version 7.0 onwwards, this problem was fixed.

Can anybody help me out with getting this working as it's affecting our users. Has anybody had any luck with the registry entry mentioned in the first link?

Thanks in advance

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem.

What printer are you using? Is it an older printer? I had the same issue a year or so back. I could collate a document when I printed it to almost any printer (Xerox WorkCenter, HP LaserJet, etc.) but it would not collate when printed to a Tektronix Phaser 860 colour printer. I assumed that it was a printer/driver issue rather than an Adobe issue.

Hope this helps.
