Acrobat Reader question

We have a custom app that our users use to browse the web. We have acrobat reader installed so that the can read online pdf documents. The users however can bypass the app by using the search function and online help in reader. Is there any way to stop this? Is there a CLSID I can change that reader is calling for the web browser to open?
