acrobat reader and wts 4.0

Hi,

Have some problems with acrobat reader 5.0 on o/s windows terminal server 4.0. To open a downloaded pdf file - everything ok but when opening the same pdf file from the internet it is not working and receiving following error "file does not begin with '%PDF-" Can someone help me plse ??
