Acrobat Reader and a CLJ 2600

Nothing prints from Acrobat Reader to this printer. It is a network printer and when I do print to it the spooler said it goes through but actually prints nothing. I've also tried different versions of Reader to no avail.

If you're using the PCL6 drivers try reverting to PCL5e.

There aren't different versions of PCLx available, at least that I can see.

I just checked HP's site, and there does appears to be only one print driver available for download. Now, a couple things that I may suggest, is that you try and update the firmware for both the Printer and the Jet Direct Card (Network Card). I have seen a couple of HP's models have issues printing PDF files, that have been resolved by a firmware update. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work. Also, the network card is built in so I'm guessing the firmware update included that.
