Acrobat Professional 8: Converting PDF to Word

I haven't had much luck with this feature so far. Anyone else getting anywhere?

In one instance, all I got were the headings--all of the body text and graphics were gone.

In another, some of the graphics were gone, all the text was there, but a blank page was inserted between every page of text.

In both cases, the PDFs were created using Acrobat 7.

That's about par for the course. It's hit or miss at best, with miss being most common.
