I have a client trying to open a PDF document with Acrobat Reader, but he keeps getting the Acrobat Plug-In: Internal Error Has Occurred error. I have tried opening the document on several different workstations on different networks, and at home, and I have no problems. If I had to guess, I would say: 1) installed a newer version without uninstalling an older one 2) did not complete new install. They are just guesses, as I cannot get this to recreate. If anyone can shed some light on this, I would be most appreciative. Thanks, Rick
