Acrobat cannot make color document

I have two very strange problems:
1. One tried to print color document from Quark or another program which is not Acrobat family its come up with blank document and say like Drawing error. When sent same document to black and white than have not problem - it's come up excellent.
2. When Unzip or UnRAR same PDF documents they come up in cyrillic script rather than in original latin letters. How this come up? And why?

Any suggestion please.
