Acrobat and FrameMaker text inserts

Hi All

I am creating a totally modular document for publishing to PDF and OracleHelp. All the files are Text insets in holding files that are placed in Book files to create the output. When I have created X-refs between two text insets there is no link available in the pdf but the link does work in the help system.

Is there something else I have to do to make the X-ref valid for Acrobat to convert to a link.

Note that all text insets are FrameMaker files.
