Is there any way in Acrobat 9 to pull out the edit forms from the forms drop-down and any way to put the font info on the toolbar?

I use both of those features all the time, and would love to be able to short cut how it's done now and have the buttons I need directly on the toolbar. Also, is there a shortcut to Full Check accessibility? There is one for quick check, but I have to do the full check.
