Acrobat 9 Bookmark Page Display

I combined 77 pdf files into one. Bookmarks in combined file display as Fit Width no matter what I do. Found that Bookmark > Property > Action > Edit > Zoom could be changed for each bookmark but that is a lot of Bookmarks to edit.

Is there a way to bulk change this Property?

Or, at least have the document remain in Page Display when Bookmark is selected?

Can this be prevented when combining files in the future?
