There is a post from 2008 here that had the identical problem which was not resolved. Acrobat has printed perfectly from my iMac to a Brother laser printer for years. Two days ago it suddenly began printing only blank pages.... the same pdf can be printed fine from Preview and Acrobat can print it as an image. I do not recall an update which could be responsible.
