Acrobat 8 printas only first page

I have one user who has this problem. She uses Acrobat Pro 8 and most of the time when she prints full document only page 1 prints.
Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

Check for updates in Acrobat via the Help menu if that doesn't fix it, try re-installing the print driver.

thanks I figured out the problem last week. It was Acrobat Reader 9 that has a glitch
