Hello All,
I recently got the Acrobat 8.0 upgrade. One reason was to give our reps the ability to digitally sign documents if they are using Reader 7.0 or 8.0.
I was able to successfully test the process by e-mailing PDFs to my boss's terminal. He uses Reader 7.0. However, the files I've sent to field reps have the security settings changed to where the signing function (and others) is no longer available. My original document has all document restrictions as "allowed".
This is very frustrating. Any idea out there what could be causing this? Much thanks for any and all assistance.
Scott
