Acrobat 7 pro, PDF to E book?

I currently have Acrobat 7.0 pro. I have created my fillable forms and some non fillable forms. About 20 or so pages.
I am trying to make and e book out of them so I can put it on CD and also web based. I also need some of the pages to link to appendix pages that will be included in the e book.
Anyone know how I can do this? Or know where there is a step by step guide? Everything I am reading doesn't explain how to actually make an e book much less in PDF format.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
