Acrobat 7 printing different to Acrobat 5

I have two different versions of Acrobat Writer - 5 & 7, installed on two Windows 2000 Pro PC's.

Client A with Acrobat 5 prints fine. There is an option Under File/Print Setup/Paper/Layout/Advanced/Edit/Custom Page Size - there are three fields in here that allow me to edit the layout of the page. All pages printed from this client work fine.

Client B with Acrobat 7 prints askew. When I follow the same path, there is no 'Margin' option Under File/Print Setup/Paper/Layout/Advanced/Edit/Custom Page Size that allow me to edit the layout of the page. All other settings between the two clients are identical.

Can anyone help?
