I am trying to creat a single document with duplicate forms and scanned back-up separating each form. Everytime I insert the next form and back-up, the form changes to a replication of the data in the first form. When I had Acrobat 5 I had no problem inserting mutiple forms. I read about templates and creating them on the fly, but can't seem to get that to work. I made the original form a template, but when I try to spawn a new one it doesn't respond. Anyone have any bright ideas?
