Acrobat 7 and 8: adding a background shortcut

Is there any way to create a button on the tool bar or create a shortcut, or shortcut keys to automatically add a background to a PDF?

...not that i've come across..

...if you have a lot of files to add a background to you could look into the document processing under the advanced menu > document processing > batch processing...
