acrobat 6 pro with use scanner file eror dict-object

Hello, by scanning a document with a agfa scanner and using fotolook software on the moment that scanning is compleet and file is ready to go near acrobat 6 y wil get the error dict-object.
and then y get a white paper wihtout text.
How can y get this problem solved?
