It appears that the document-level JavaScripts are not being initialised on opening a document.
When they are deleted and reentered in the Document JavaScripts dialog, anything requiring them works fine until you exit Acrobat and open the document again. Then they don't work.
(This problem is occuring with this.disclosed=true - it may be just this script that is causing the problem, but it looks like it's doc level full stop.)
They aren't being initialised (working) at all in Adobe Reader 6.0. They do work fine when the document is opened in Acrobat 5, though.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Any suggestions?
