Hello,
I am currently have a running ACR12.1 and all the calls are recorded with no issues to /calls. my question is can i setup a standalone storage server and link ACR to it without having the calls stored in the /calls directory ? and if this is applicable please to guide me to do that.
Also, would that impact the function of replaying recorded files on ACR or it wll work with no issues. as per my undertanding it retrieves the recorded wav files from the local HDD of the ACR server.
one last question, on the Linux platfor we have HDD size around 149 after mirroring and when i do the df -h command i found all the partitions not exceeding around 25GB ! how this come and how i can make use of the total disk capcity
[root@]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda2 4.9G 2.2G 2.4G 48%
/tmpfs 5.9G 72K 5.9G 1% /dev/shm
/dev/sdb1 194M 33M 152M 18% /boot
/dev/sdb3 4.5G 1.2G 3.1G 28% /calls
/dev/sdb2 9.7G 620M 8.6G 7% /opt/witness
/dev/sda1 9.7G 261M 8.9G 3% /var/lib/pgsql
