ACR12.1 Alarm || no audio packets recieved on call from xxxxxxxxxx ||

Guys,

I have an alarm on ACR12.1 (check attached) which is unlike all the posts related to same type of alarm which state that no audio packets recieved on call from xx.xx.xx.xx where xx is the IP address of Procr or Medpros! i my case i have other numbers seems like the UID of the calls recorded and i tried many things with no joy.

Platform is CM6.0 , AES6.3 part of Medsize Template and ACR12.1 on Linux platform Redhat6.4

My setup is NR50 for the AES and NR1 for the Procr and i turned off the intra region and inter region ip-ip audio and ip audio hairpinning in NR50 .Also i disabled ip direct audio and hairpinning in DMCC softphones. but alarm still existing.

Also does this alarm means that these calls are not recorded? any suggestions will be much appreciated.

So it sounds like the signaling is coming across, just not the RTP.

Can your medpros/media gateways/IP phones access the ACR RTP interface? If not, this error would be expected.

Any recent network changes?
