ACR vacuum al the previous recorded calls stored

Hi,
Yesterday our ACR didn't show any call recorder in the Viewer, only the calls of this day. After some digging I saw the wav files were there, but Postgres Database had lost all the information previous to yesterday, apparently some kind of vacuum or similar had erased all the data from the tables of the Database. We could restore the database but I don't find what is the cause of that deleting, if that is setup or just an error. I have been browsing throught the linux/postgres logs but I don't see anything regarding that operation.
Any clue what can be watched on it?

Upgrade to latest version which usually fixes it. If it doesn't, Open ticket with Avaya, they will open a ticket with Xima who are very helpful.
