ACR Meeting recordings stop - ACR logs provided.... please help.

Hi all,

I’ve had a problem for sometime and it’s becoming a little more serious now. We are using the ‘ Meeting recording ‘ functionality within ACR.

We have configured it correctly (I think ) well according to the documentation. We configured a hunt group with a number of Softphone ports which are also configured within the ACR recorder.
A user logs into a phone and then dials the group extension number of a hunt group. This then ‘picks ups’ an available port within the hunt group, which are assigned as extensions within the call recorder.

We have noticed that the recordings are dropped randomly and have checked through the call recorder logs from
*:\Program Files\Avaya\ContactRecorder\logs
I’ve extracted the area that looks interesting to me ….

The recording seems to be dropping because the softphone DMCC port is going on hook. I’m trying to find out why this would happen please. The logs then state the following ‘Meeting recording hanging up and setting recording false’ which in my eyes tells me that that’s the reason for the recording stopping. As anyone heard of this before? I've highlighted the logs that I think could help, just dont know enough to make sense of it all.

The trigger OCP restart also looks interesting for someone who knows how to read the logs
