ACR file format

Hello,

Just wondering if the ACR saves files to it's server in a different format to what it outputs when you save the files off the system to say a USB stick which is a wav format?

Its just the ACR and not the WFO version if that helps?

Yes, it uses a special format. You have to have the correct codec to play the files off the recorders. When it save the file off it is a standard wav file.
When it archive, it bundles a lot of files together.
