ACR Deleted Recordings

Hi, on the ACR when you delete a recording how easy is it to retrieve? Also when the system purges recordings after 30 days, how easy is it to get those recordings back?

These questions are based around the recordings to fall in with PCI compliance and not being able to recover deleted recordings… does anyone have experience of this?

This is more than a simple forum session

Microsoft or Linux
How much has your call volume increased since install?
Space- how much and is it full? it will do FIFO
Do you archive calls to a NAS or SAN?
Do you back up call volume?
What are your rules set for?
is this just ACR or full WFO?

I would honestly call your BP and have them assess and make recommendations, this will not cost anything and could provide justification for increase in space or upgrade.
