ACR Backup

Hi i wants to backup ACR configuration and calls data. Can i copy whole CALLS folder to external hard disk? If i only copy calls folder then can i these copied calls from another PC?

It's all in the install & admin guide but you can setup an archive drive to copy the recordings to a shared drive on another PC or NAS and backup the config via the DB backup.

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.
