Hi Experts,
We have Space crunch issue going on in our ACR server.
as per Avaya recommendation, Currently the system is on very old patch: 1200190 and as ACR version 12 is end of support, they request us to latest 1200272 need to be update.
that's why, we need to take ACR (Linux) backup.
can you please help us to complete steps to take backup.
