acquiring service pack 7 or 8

Hello,

We are upgrading arcserve 6.6 to ARcserve 7 for netware but
one of the requirements is to upgrade our service pack for
our netware 411 to around sp 7 or 8 . I cannot find a site
that would allow me this .All I see is just rel notes . Could someone advise us on how to aqcuire these sps.

select patches and files, and then minimum patch list. Select Service Pack 9 from the NetWare 4.2 section.

Mike is correct, the ARCserve notes are just not up to date. Always look for the latest service pack (see how long it has been released. I don''t use brand new ones until others have found all the bugs, unless it has an "A" at the end, then it is the fix for the svc pack. Also check the forums for info.) In this case NWsp9 has been out quite a while. See:
