I am trying to acquire the information off our MICS usin NRU and when attempting this I get the error "AOF01eng.map does not match AOE00eng.map" Any body know what this means? Thanks.

you dont have the required version/ files of NRU
With every release of the Norstar software, there is a new release of NRU software.
If there is a patch in the Norstar SW, they come out with a 'patch' for the NRU
There have been quite a few posts on this topic in this forum

What Version/files should I be using? I am on Version 10 of the NRU using worksheet 6.2. I checked but did not find any patches on the Nortel site.
