I have around 50 2004P2 sets in my ACD queue, but I have 6 set's where the ACQ AS: is showing either "TN" or "TN AST-DN", and i need the have "AST-POSID". I have ICRA in the CLS and AST 00 03 for the keys to be recorded. If i delete a set, the ACQ AS comes back as just TN. The call center is a CC7.

We had a similar issue and also have an AACC Rls 7. Our CS1K is rls 7.5 so instead of ICRA our COS prompt is RECA. We had no problem getting the TN or AST-POSID to acquire but could not get the AST-DN to aquire. We found that if we restarted the service in the ACR server named "Avaya Call Recorder" that the we would get the AST-DN to acquire and show in the TNB printout as it should. We then had to get the ACR server patched to the current level and this corrected our problem and we did not have to restart the ACR service to get the DN to acquire properly.

We checked the patches earlier this year and supposedly it was up to date, but I'll check again. Thanks
