ACPI.SYS is corrupted - Initial Setup XP 1

Hi all,

= My Computer =
CPU : AMD Athlon XP 1800+
RAM : DDR 256 MB (PC2700)
VGA Care : Geforce4 MMX 440 (Chaintech A-G442)
Mainboard : Gigabyte GA-7VRXP

I try to find answers from old posters but I cann't.
Now I upgraded lastest Bios version and load default ready. It couldn't fix my
problem cause web tell about fix this problem.

It will report error while first loading setup files of Windows XP Professional on blue screen (text mode). I setup from CD bootable. Error is "The file acpi.sys is
corrupted. Press any key to continue for restart".

How can I fix it? I can't install Windows XP Prof. Please help me too.

I use this Memory Tester before I post question.

It can run on dos mode.

That I tested on quick test menu. I don't found error on my memory. Do anyone have other solution?

I tried to fix several method and change Win XP Prof. CD too.
And I could install Win XP Prof. ready. I think if who have same my problem, please try to change CD too.
